Coach

Georgetown University Law Center

Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC)

Mollie Farrell is a coach, consultant, and facilitator who helps lawyers and legal professionals reach their potential, find fulfillment, and lead authentically. Prior to becoming a certified coach, she practiced law for nearly 10 years in the private and public sector, worked as a career advisor at Washington University Law School, and served as the Director of Professional Development at a mid-sized law firm. For over 15 years, she has been a working mom, navigating her career in full-time and part-time roles. Mollie brings firsthand insights from these experiences into everything she does with clients.

As a coach, Mollie uses a combination of intuition, questionable humor, and empathy to support her clients as they navigate their careers and lives. Her expertise includes impostor syndrome, boundaries, rebalancing the mental load, communication skills, leading and managing people, and giving and receiving feedback. Mollie loves supporting coaching clients, especially working moms, as they integrate their professional lives and their personal aspirations to create a balance that genuinely works for them.
